Salon Policies

LUNL requires  24-hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling. 

Cancellations/reschedules made less than 24 hours will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled.  

Changes made less than 24 hours of existing appointment will be charged the full price of the time reserved. 

Ex: “I am scheduled for a full set but now I want a manicure.”

No Shows will be charged the full service price.

Payment must be made within 24 hrs to secure any and all future appointments. 

If you are running late, your appointment will be abbreviated to stay on schedule at full service price.

 If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a NO SHOW.

If you are excessively late, LUNL may not be the salon for you.

LUNL loves children however they are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service. 

Payment is due at time of service.

Cash is preferred.

Venmo or Zelle is accepted.

LUNL does not :

Do nail repairs  from another salon.

Work on nails with enhancements/products from another salon.

Soak off product from another salon.

If it is your first appointment you must come with bare nails.
