I understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and I kindly ask for the courtesy of 48 hours so that I am able to offer an appointment to someone on my waitlist.
Less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service(s) scheduled.
Repeat late cancellations (less than 24 hrs.) will be charged 100% of service(s) and prepayment will be required.
Changes made less than 24 hours of existing appointment will be charged the full price of the time reserved.
Ex: "I am scheduled for a manicure and pedicure but I only want a manicure"
No Shows will be charged the full service(s) price.
Payment must be made within 24 hrs to secure any and all future appointments.
If you are running late, your appointment will be abbreviated to stay on schedule at full service price.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a NO SHOW.
If you are excessively late, LUNL may not be the salon for you.
LUNL loves children however they are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service.
Payment is due at time of service.
Cash is preferred.
Credit Card, Venmo or Zelle is accepted.
